Return Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. If you have any problems please contact via email at jennifer@connorandjames.com so that we can fix the issue.

The process for returns is as follows:

• All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• All items must be unworn and unused with the original tags. For items such as toys, they must be unopened.
• Please email us at jennifer@connorandjames.com to request a return. Please provide your order number and let us know which item you would like to return. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
• Once your return is received and has been inspected, you will receive a full refund minus the shipping cost.
• Returns are not available for discounted items.
